1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the V.O.I.D. Discord bot and its web dashboard (together, the "Service"). By adding the bot to a Discord server, or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and any age requirement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You sign in with your Discord account; you are responsible for activity under your account and for how you configure the bot in servers you manage.

We may suspend or refuse the Service to any account or server that abuses the Service, attempts fraud, or violates these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

3. The Service

V.O.I.D. provides Discord server management and community features (for example: moderation, tickets, roles, welcome automation, giveaways, and utilities), configured per server. Features, limits, and availability may change, and some features are offered only on a premium plan.

You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policy, and with applicable law.

4. Premium plans and billing

Some features require an active premium plan (a one-time or recurring purchase, or a Discord application subscription). Prices and included features are shown at the point of purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from the billing provider or Discord, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are handled by the applicable payment provider or by Discord under their own terms. Losing premium access disables premium-only features but does not delete your server's stored configuration.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service to break Discord's rules or the law; attempt to defraud the Service or its billing; probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service or its infrastructure; or abuse rate limits or automated endpoints.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the operator's local jurisdiction. Questions? Reach us through the support channel listed on the V.O.I.D. website.
