This Privacy Policy explains what information the V.O.I.D. Discord bot and web dashboard collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the Service only, not to Discord itself or any third-party site.
Discord account data — when you sign in to the dashboard, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar hash, and the list of servers you can manage, via Discord OAuth (the "identify" and "guilds" scopes). We do not receive your email or password.
Server configuration data — settings you configure for a server (enabled modules, roles, channels, templates, tickets, and similar), stored by Discord server ID so the bot can operate.
Operational data — records the features you enable produce (for example ticket metadata, moderation records, or audit-log entries of staff actions), used to provide those features.
We do not store message content beyond what a feature you enable explicitly requires, and we do not store card numbers, seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive payment credentials.
To operate the Service: run the features you enable, authenticate you to the dashboard, apply your server configuration, provide premium access, and prevent fraud and abuse. Staff actions taken through the dashboard are recorded in a per-server audit log for accountability.
Discord — for authentication and to deliver the bot's functionality. Payment providers and Discord monetization process premium purchases under their own policies. We share your data only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
If a server enables member backup and you authorize it, we store an encrypted Discord OAuth refresh token so you can be re-added to that server after a raid or mass-leave. You can revoke this at any time from Discord's Authorized Apps settings, which invalidates the stored token.
We keep server configuration and operational records for as long as the bot is in the server and as needed to operate the Service. When the bot is removed, associated data may be cleaned up on a retention schedule. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us through the website; some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
Secrets (payment method values, webhook URLs, backup tokens) are encrypted at rest, and logs are scrubbed of sensitive values. No system is perfectly secure. Questions about this policy? Reach us through the support channel listed on the V.O.I.D. website.
